The residential tower will be the epitome of luxury, inspired by Mercedes-Benz design and shaped like a huge rocket.<\/p>\n

The company is collaborating with Binghatti to bring this huge block of top-end apartments to life.<\/p>\n

Binghatti is known for its extravagant builds having recently launched Bugatti Residences<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This project is part of a growing trend of luxury brands expanding their empires to include grandiose residential towers.<\/p>\n

Mercedes-Benz Places will be situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It will be neighbored by other iconic buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Binghatti<\/p>\n

Mercedes-Benz Places will feature 65 storeys, spread over a height of 1,118 feet.<\/p>\n

As expected, the apartments will be high-end, opulent, and well-designed.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur goal with our first branded real estate residential tower is to create desirable grounds that embody our brand\u2019s DNA and provide our customers with a place to arrive, unwind, and call home,\u201d Britta Seeger, a spokesperson for Mercedes-Benz, said.<\/p>\n

Binghatti<\/a> has released a rendering of the building, and it\u2019s every bit as lavish as you\u2019d think.<\/p>\n

The curved, cone-like shape is covered in LED lights shaped like the Mercedes trademark three-pointed star.<\/p>\n

What one can expect to pay for an apartment here is yet to be disclosed.<\/p>\n

If the price of a spot at Bugatti Residences<\/a> is anything to go on, buyers will be looking at paying at least $5.2 million.<\/p>\n

At Bugatti\u2019s apartment block, each property comes with a car lift to reach a private glass-doored garage.<\/p>\n

We can only imagine what Binghatti has in store for Mercedes-Benz Places.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re hoping to nab an apartment you\u2019ll have to wait a bit.<\/p>\n
