Rapper Kendrick Lamar has recently splashed out on a flash new penthouse and it looks amazing.<\/p>\n

In November of 2023, Kendrick dropped $8.6m on a three-floor penthouse in Brooklyn to add to his list of amazing properties around the US.<\/p>\n

The Swimming Pools star had been shopping about but decided to go for the pad at the top of a ten-story set of apartments called Pierhouse.<\/p>\n

At 3,140-square-foot, it\u2019s certainly not small.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

It includes four bedrooms, more than three bathrooms, and a private rooftop that looks across to Manhattan and the rest of New York City.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s not a bad view for the 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows in the penthouse, too.<\/p>\n

Seventeen Grammy awards are a sign of Kendrick\u2019s success and buying this property puts him in some pretty cool company as well.<\/p>\n

The New York Post<\/a> reports that Ed Sheeran, Matt Damon, and Amy Schumer are among the big-name celebs to live in the building.<\/p>\n

Pierhouse boasts 24-hour concierge services, a fitness center, and even a meditation studio. Imagine bumping into Matt Damon, who once turned down the most amount of money<\/a> ever offered to an actor, mid-meditation.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Kendrik has spent millions on his houses, which include a place in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, one in Manhattan Beach, another in Calabasas and his first in 2014 in Eastvale.<\/p>\n

The musician has never been shy with his lavish purchases, which have included a $1.3m \u2018crown of thorns<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n

But his new Brooklyn base is really an eye-catcher.<\/p>\n

The kitchen looks amazing, with cutting-edge appliances, marble counters, and luxury cabinets.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the pine floors throughout give it a luxury, stylish look. We love it.<\/p>\n
