Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s property may as well be a town

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson owns enough homes to put together a town.

His $27.8 million Beverly Park estate alone is large enough to be called a hamlet.

The wrestler-turned-actor, who is apparently considering a career in politics, even bought a private jet to get around them.

The 51-year-old actor closed on the 12-bathroom LA property in April 2021 in an off-market deal.

The mansion sits on a flat 3.67-acre estate that’s situated high in the mountains above Beverly Hills.

It’s the largest in the upmarket and private Beverly Park neighborhood.

Several gates control access in and out of the property for its celebrity residents.

While it’s on a quiet cul-de-sac with no immediate neighbors with a long olive tree-lined driveway leading to a motor court.

When it comes to keeping active and maintaining his famous physique, it also has a sprawling gym, baseball diamond and a tennis court.

To unwind it has luxe amenities including an open-air pool and spa lined by mature trees, picturesque trails and “hidden sanctuaries” and an indoor pool.

Entertainment and workspaces for the actor, producer and semi-retired professional wrestler include a music room, recording studio, movie theater.

Plus there’s an elevator to help him navigate it all.

For entertaining there’s even a separate 2,500-square-foot guest house – perfect for a man who loves spoiling his friends and family.

Johnson sold an even bigger mega mansion and equestrian estate on the outskirts of Atlanta last year.

He initially bought the house for $9 million, but sold it for $7.5 million – not an issue for a man whose net worth is a lot more than you might think and listed by Forbes as $270 million.
