A landlord interest group may be drawing battle lines across Santa Clara County’s hottest elections. Congressional candidate and former San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo has quietly dropped his endorsement of Margaret Abe-Koga, who’s running for the District 5 seat on the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors.
