279-foot superyacht concept is a floating garage with a man cave

According to Officina Armare, men deserve a place to relax and unwind at sea, which is what this superyacht concept is all about.

The international design studio penned a superyacht concept with its very own dedicated ‘man cave’ on the lower deck.

A man cave is just one of a number of extraordinary features the 279-foot yacht, known as Project Armand, boasts that distinguishes it from other vessels.

Drawing inspiration from automotive design, the superyacht concept cuts a sleek silhouette with long, elegant lines and a sharp pointed bow.

Much in the same way the ‘Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63‘ takes inspiration from Lamborghini’s most iconic models, both in style and performance – although that’s a speedboat, not a superyacht.

However, Armand sports a highly-efficient hull and a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system, which apparently makes it faster and greener than conventional models.

Intriguing, although perhaps not as intriguing as this flying superyacht that’s powered by helium.

But it’s what’s onboard that’s the biggest draw, though.

For starters, the superyacht concept has an impressive interior volume of 2,500 GT, which is more than enough space for lavish amenities.

Armand has a supersized living area that – to put it simply – is kitted out with all the bells and whistles.

Just as an example, the main salon features a state-of-the-art virtual reality (VR) setup for unique sensory journeys.

In a nutshell, it’s a glass, concave structure covered in LED screens that create an immersive 180-degree virtual realm where guests can explore the Serengeti or watch a Grand Prix race.

Then there’s the owner’s two-story penthouse, which covers both the bridge and sundeck.

The private haven comes equipped with a lounge, wine cellar, and smoking room.

Leading from the penthouse is an outdoor lounge with a jacuzzi and, of course, panoramic views of the ocean.

What’s more, Armand boasts a full-beam VIP suite on its main deck, as well as seven guest staterooms across its main and lower decks, sleeping 18 guests and 21 crew in total.

That’s not all though, as Armand also has a glass-bottomed infinity pool on the main deck, surrounded by amphitheater-inspired seating.

Then, below the main deck, there’s the man cave, which has a plush lounge, diving station, and floating garage.

Said garage is where you’d keep your U-Boat Worx Super Sub, a customer tender, and other water toys.

No superyacht is complete without an helipad which, in Armand’s case, transforms into an outdoor cinema with a hidden C SEED outdoor TV measuring a staggering 16.7 feet.

To top it all off, the superyacht concept even comes with an epic outdoor dining area for sky-high soirees on the upper deck.

What will these design studios think of next?
