Video from ISS shows how astronauts celebrated Christmas in space

There’s being away from home at Christmas, then there’s being in space at Christmas. But despite being approximately 400 kilometers (250 miles) above Earth, astronauts onboard the International Space Station (ISS) still celebrated Christmas this year. Check out how ISS astronauts spent their Christmas in the video down below! Just like many on Earth, the astronauts took Christmas Day off to open presents and enjoy a Christmas dinner. They crew even took time out to watch the 1989 slapstick comedy, ‘National Lampoons Christmas Vacation’. And no Christmas would be complete without hanging Christmas stocking, although they weren’t quite as festive…
